PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I want a response on this pathetic service i have received from A MANAGER.... We wanted to treat family only to have the manager tell us he was never told by the BOSSES to stay open 24 hours HOWEVER THERE WAS A NOTICE WRITTEN ON THE BOARD \PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OPEN 24 HOURS"!!! Someone please explain to me what the meaning of 24 hours are coz I fail to understand it. I have NEVER BEEN SO HUMILIATED AS A CUSTOMER and when asking if we must now be inconvenienced regardless of the fact that it said 24 HOURS ON THE door the managers response was A LOUSY \""YES\""!****E YOU KIDDING ME!!! For a well established company like this you honestly have the most pathetic staff in superior positions!!!! Waiting patiently on your response """
