Pathetic customer experience
29/09/17 Ordered via Mr Delivery and, Steers burgers delivered in Fishaways packets!! No BBQ sauce for chips!! Chips oily & burnt crispy!! Food ice cold!! Really, no brand pride and quality checks or pride in final product!!
A Steers Mng called and apologised about our experience. He insisted on giving us a replacement meal. We arranged for it to be delivered on Sunday afternoon but guess what, nothing arrived. I had to call the manager and ask what was going on. The shop then called and we arranged for them to deliver on Monday night at 7pm. It’s now 7:40pm and nothing has arrived. At 8pm my 3 year old and us went to bed. At 8:30pm someone arrived at our gate ringing and ringing and ringing our bell. If it was Steers then then one and a half hours late!!!!! What a pathetic customer experience!!!!
