Pathetic

Up untill today I have not heard anything from anyone with regards to my complaint lodged on 24 February 2020 on Steers website!

I went to Steers Blue Valley Mall 23 February and ordered 4 bacon bits and cheesy chips and one normal cheesy chips, when I arrived at home and opened the food I received 3 with bacon bits and 2 without!

This is pathetic, after I waited for almost an half an hour for the chips! I paid more and got less, is this normal standard for steers? I am not privilaged to afford Steers ever, on that specific day I wanted to spoil my family at home, just to be dissapointed!! And then no feedback?
