Parys Steers - bad service

I called for delivery, a large order. I explained where i live, and she agreed and then we waited for an hour and 10 minutes then we called steers again, there response " it is on its way" after 10 minutes they called back and said the food is ready we can come and collect??? That was very bad service and for that i will never order food there again.
