Paid in Full, Received Incomplete Order & Completely Ignored

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Steers Town Square today.

I placed an order which included a milkshake. When the driver arrived, I paid and then asked about the milkshake. He informed me that the restaurant had not given it to him, but assured me he would go back to collect it and return.

I agreed and waited — however, it went over an hour and the driver never came back.

I then contacted the Steers call centre for assistance. I have called almost 10 times since 2pm, and it is now 5pm, yet I have received no help whatsoever. Each time I call, I am simply being referred elsewhere with no resolution.

This level of service is unacceptable. I paid for a full order and did not receive it, and on top of that, customer service has been extremely poor and unhelpful.

I would like this matter to be urgently resolved, either by receiving my missing item or a refund.

I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and addressed as soon as possible.
