Paid for macon and cheese and got cheese only
Your branch in lenasia south should be shut down. They cant get a simple order right. I ordered a mushroom burger combo and a macon and cheese burger combo. Our burgers were cold, the chips moderatley warm and i didnt get the macon in my burger. The excuses were we made a mistake, we had a busy day. This is a constant problem at this branch, you pay for something and they conveniently forget to give you something from your order. Is this the future of steers, sloppy service and a ripp off. Pls sort this branch out, although we will not order here again
