Overpriced salad and out of stock
We had a terrible experience at your branch in Paarl south. We came to order dinner because we were out of groceries. My wife ordered chicken and a salad and I my usual King steers burger. My wife wanted a greek salad but the olives and onions were out of stock. Then she ordered the "green" salad instead... 90% of this salad which we paid R40(FOUR-ZERO) for. This is utterly unacceptable. My king steer burger was so dry it was basically dust pressed together.
Your staff sits outside smoking and heads back in to continue working without washing her hands. And on top of that they handle finished products without gloves. I wonder how much bacteria we ate last night.....
How can you charge so much for such a shoddy product.. I will surely be submitting this + a photo to the CPA.
