Over two hours late delivery

I ordered food two ago using the steers online app at Blue Hills Shopping Centre. Needless to say I am still waiting even now for the food to be delivered even now. Really dissappointed in you guys, I always come to you with a happy smile and good mannered attitude towards your staff.
