Out of Stock and bad Attitude

Today at about 13H30 I went to Steers in the Heidelberg Mall (Gauteng). I ordered 4 cups of soft serve and was told that they don't have any cups. This is not the 1st time this happens. <br> <br> I then asked for 4 cones and also asked the person that attended to me if they have any container/holder in which I can carry the cones. She then advised me that that is also out of stock.<br> <br> She advised me that she has ordered cups and holders but that it hasn't been delivered by Head Office. She said that she can't be blamed if Head office doesn't do their work and deliver the stuff in time. I did not at any stage said it was her fault. I then asked for the managers name to be able to speak to him because it is not the 1st time that they dont have cups and I regard it as bad customer service. Her reply was that I have the right to my own opinion if I think it is bad customer service.<br> <br> I just think it is bad customer service to have such an attitude.
