Order went wrong

Placed an order online since it was saying they do deliveries after that I received an sms saying”Dear Khanyi, your order could not be processed. Your payment will be refunded within 5 business days. You can call the store directly on ***. We apologise for the inconvenience!” Imagine waiting for 5 business working days for your refund that time you didn’t even get food! Now I must be the one calling them for my money it’s not fair . I wouldn’t suggest people to buy there they just don’t care!
