Order Service

I tried to place an order using the online app where it then told me that it doesn't work so I then called the branch directly to place the order. They said 35 to 40 mins for the order to be delivered. After an hour I called and they told me it is on its way. I then continued to call every 30 mins to find out what's the status. After 2 hours they said they never received my order. I then spoke to the manager and they said they will call me back but they keep failing to call me back. I am utterly disappointed by the level of service I am receiving from this branch it is unacceptable. I have never had a problem like this from a Steers before.
