ORDER NOT ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER'S SPECIFICATIONS

I am not a person to complain but after this being the third time, I am going to raise my voice.

This was the discussion with your lady on Wednesday 11 March 2020 at Steers Somerset Mall at about 18h00:

Me: “Two Wacky Wednesday, one beef, one chicken and a medium chips, please. No onions”.

She: “Two? Two beef and two chicken?”.

Me: “Yes. And no onions on any burgers, please”.

She: ‘OK. No onions on anything?”

Me: “Yes, please, NO onions on anything!”.

I later fetched my order and went home. As you can see from the attached picture, full of onions.

I am hyper allergic for onions, thus I could not sc**** it off and eat the burgers.

It ended up in the bin. The chips were delicious, as always, thank you.

This is the THIRD time. I’m not prepared to tolerate this anymore and will now write a review on Hello Peter.

Enough is enough!
