Order late
I am diabetic. I asked how long it will take and they told me 20 minutes I waited almost an hour. A year ago this happened and I ended up passing out. If I knew it was going to take longer than that I would have went elsewhere. I did not order from steers again. Today I went back for the first time just to find that nothing has changed in a year. Diabetics can't wait that long I knew I could wait for 20 minutes, but no longer. And they got my order wrong as well. I paid for cheesy chips and just got regular chips. I don't have the strength to go and put up a fight with them about the wrong order and wait another hour for that. This was the last time Steers Lichtenburg will see me I'd rather buy from Black Steers and other stores. Really bad service for the second time.
