Order able to be accepted

I ordered 2 x full chickens online from Steers Engen Mankwe, after the payment went through from my card I got a message that they do not have full chicken and that they have refunded the money back to my account which is going to take 5 days to be processed. The money that I used was my last money and I wanted to have a special meal with my family. I do not have the 5 days they are talking about.
