Order a Rave Snack burger @ R16.90 and they supply a Rave burger @ R30.90

I called and placed an order for 3 rave snack burgers and 1 rave snack burger combo, when the food arrived they supp**** normal rave burgers for R30.90 and on the website its R16.90 the manager didn't care about sending me what i ordered and kept advising me that the only supply Rave snack burgers if you order online not telepathically only on the website . we also ordered crispy chips and got half cooked chip and also did not receive any sauces or salt or even serviettes. i used to order so often but the service has gone down. when i ask for extra sauce they want to charge me for it where if i go eat there, there is bottles on that table that they don't charge you for when you use if. i have always called to complain that something that is wrong eg. order a bacon and cheese burger combo but never came with bacon but never asked for refunds.
