Online orders not made timeously

Ordered online at 14:10 and asked for my order to be ready for collection at 15:30, when I arrived at Steers, they only started my order and only received by order 15:45, due to this I were late for another appointment, can't see why you have to wait if you have ordered more than an hour ago.
