Online orders

I used the app for delivery. They delivered the wrong order. I ordered 4 chips and only received 3. I have paid for the whole order. I have phoned immediately to report the mistake. They promised to send another driver, but to no avail. How difficult is it to count to four??? Dont promote a service Steers
