Old oil,DISGUSTING SERVICE, TERRIBLE AND DISSATISFYING CUSTOMER SERVICE

THIS IS A-DISGRACE. I AM BEYOND DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED IN HOW STEERS TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I have logged a complaint the 20th May and we are almost in August. I have to follow up and all I get is that someone is working on my query and they will contact me when they are ready. Steers are you being serious right now??? STEERS CUSTOMER CARE is this the service you give to your clients???? This is my Case CAS *** that’s if you will even solve this because right now I’m not happy with your way of handling things.
