OFF FOOD

<p>On 2016/12/15 we bought food at Steers Parktown. Table ref 7077 and the food packaging was so disgusting and so unappetizing it looked more like someones doggy bag. The container was s****** with the sauce of the ribs which the ribs dry. if this is how their packaged i would sugest they change their style of packaging as it unapppealing. I called the store at around 02:13pm and spoke to Peter the phone lines where terrible which caused the phone to cut off. Icalled in the second time around and put on hold for Peter. i was told they will send the driver to give back my refund as i didnt want the ribs anymore as i was told that they were prepared the day before. a driver came and collected the food but I still have not received anything. I am now sitting hungry and it's 03:38pm and knocking off at 16:00pm and still haven't had any thing to eaten anything. The treatment i have received from this particular shop has made me not to trust any Steers restaurant. </p>
