****** of my meal by Steers

I'm actually appalled at the fact that steers staff do not know the product they are selling us. I ordered a phanda double up meal for R169 and a phanda duo meal at kwamnyandu Mall Steers. I only received 1 meal which is the R169 meal. I called their customer care to complain (CAS*** V5NON8) and received a call from a staff member u think she said her name was Lungy. The girl said she received my complain and wants to know which meal I didn't get because they packed 4 burgers with 2 medium chips. She told me the phanda double up comes with 2 double burgers and chips. And the phanda duo comes with 2 single burgers and 2 medium chips. I told her that's not what the app said. She continued yo said that the app is lying to the customers and there's nothing she can do about it. Can someone who knows the product and can rectify my issue please fix this because it's totally unacceptable.
