not taking order
I went to steers in Lambton. I stood in the line waiting for someone to take my order for more than 10min. Some people qued behind me and bulani was busy getting orders ready for people. I saw that he noticed me and when the shop was almost empty and i expected him to take my order he turned around and said sorry we no more taking any orders as they are closing shop. I asked him why couldn't he tell me this 10 min ago and he rep**** sorry like he actually enjoyed messing with our time. Needles to say all the people behind me was also very angry. Bulani and all the other staff in the shop spoke in their language which we couldn't understand and laughed as we walked out the shop.
