Not pleasant customer service

So on the 26 January 2023 went to have lunch at steers mega philani, I ordered half chicken mild and they gave me hot 😭 we I told the lady I placed my order to she gave me attitude, worse took my food and didn't change the my food instead put mild sauce on top and I even have pictures coz my meat still had chillies and I'm allergic to chill and after I complained they wére still talking about me coz I even checked my slip it's says mild and she didn't even apologize
