According to Fishaways & Steers website the Woodmead branch business hours are 11:00 - 20:00 on a Saturday! Why then did nobody answer their phone when I tried them at 14:50 and once or twice after that on Saturday 02 May to try to ask about a delivery. The website also states \we can deliver your flipping fish"! Well then answer your phone - that might help! Or did Steers/Fishaways staff just decide to close early - don't worry about the normal hours that staff are supposed to work! Or update the details on your website if you are not open on Saturdays! Absolutely pathetic!! """
