Not my problem deal with the cashier says the doggy manager

Today 26/05/2017 My friend and I went to Steers located at Cape Town station right opposite taxi rank to buy lunch, we bought our combo which was displayed , paid for it (Counter Order # 39), (***) and went to sit down waiting for the order. Aftre 10 minutes of waiting the cashier came back to us saying they dont say what we have orded and she has been asked by the manager to give us our money back. We then asked her to call the manager, a short guy wit a dirty cringled shirt with no name tag came out and told us that its not his problem nor fault that we bought something they dont have we must deal with the cashier. We told him that we already paid for the fof therefore we want food, his response was take your money and go buy burgers somewhere else because i cannot help you here. We asked for his name and he refused to tell us, requested his name tag to see his name and he said he has a right not to give us his name or show us who he is because he does not owe us anything.

We later asked for his name from the cashier when collecting our cash and she said he is John Dizara, that man really looks *****, untidy and cherry on top is that he has a stinking attutude and is extremely rude, no management s****s or what so ever. I am very disappointed and angry because our Lunch is only 30min and now we spent more than 20 min in the store and still left withou the food that we paid for instead we were given our cash to eat for lunch.

Its very sad to go to a food store hungry and craving for that particular meal even worse you pay and wait for your food only to find out that you wont get your food instead you will be humiliated and disrespected.
