Not Happy

The cashiers there are forever moody and lack great customer service, I bought a cup of soft twirl ice cream today, and it was served with a fork. WoW maybe I'm not with the times but how does one enjoy ice cream with a fork to make matters worse the lady didn't if care to tell me I only saw it on my back to work trying to enjoy my twirl. This was such a disappointment.
