Not competent stuff

Steers highveld mall,I just bought take away lunch and when I get home my cheese burger has no cheese and bacon & guacamole has no guacamole. All combo meals. I was assisted by a guy and my slip is written Masimula Thuli, my order number was 37. I am very disappointed with the service I got.
