not a good start

New Valley Hyper Steers outlet needs to train their staff properly, From the drive through we were told to wait in the parking for our food. After 10 to 15min we received our food ice cold and under packed. I then had to go back for the rest of my food guess what ice cold again! I love Steers but this outlet needs to get their act together its not even month-end and was not busy at all.
