Normal Steers standard?

<div>On Monday 15 November at 17h06 I ordered a single beef rib from Steers in Rosmead Avenue, Kenilworth. It was tough, dry and under-marinated. Even the fat bits of the R109.90 early supper treat tasted as if it had been forgotten in a freezer for an unusually long time. If it was a sit-down, I would have sent it back. This was my first outing ever to Steers. Is this normal Steers standard, or did something go wrong between field, freezer and flame?</div>
