Non delivery / order paid for case of theft

Hi placed an order with sarnia steers Durban at 6.35 online so it was already paid for after numerous calls after waiting 3 hours I can tinthe realization the food was not coming and that steers had technically ****** my money given I recieved nothing . There is no excuse for the pathetic service the branch consistently insisted the order was on delivery through the 3 hours I I have proof of call records and times the order was placed
