Non-delivery and rude service- streers long street order

I placed an order at streers long street paid online but never received my food. The driver never called me when he aarived. When i called the store on *** they told me it was delivered and it's not their problem anymore.

I am very disappointed and hungry. I paid and got nothing. I want a full refund.
