No wait too long, for Steers or is it

So.I generally have a good experiece with steers's food, but the customer service is pathetic.we have told the staff about this problem and they say sorry and it will be corrected. This is not the first time we order via their app and the food doesn't arrive .When we phone them it just rings and we are forced to drive there. When we query the order they just say "sorry we did not know if you wanted beef or chicken patties." So you cant phone to find out?. The curb collection outside is the same.You let them know you are outside and still wait for almost an hour then we had to go inside again and re-order. What is the use of your app if it doesn't work or works once in a while. Payment goes through off your bank account but still have to re-order inside and wait again for an hour. Tonight we have received our order with delivery after almost 2 hours. Order received on slip at 17:12 delivery was at 19:08. Delivery guy was very apologetic and said "all the orders came in at once" We ordered other food and it's already here within 30min. Steers I love your food but this waiting every time is annoying. Please fix your phone app and answer your phones.. We want to support you.
