No value for money

We purchased 2 Brat pack meals at the Brackenhurst Steers, and to our great dissapointment. What we received was a pathetic chicken burger which had not even half a chicken breast on it. On the small roll, it covered half the surface area of the roll, no relish just sauce. It looked totally un-appetising- actually disgusting. Further to this, the brat pack is suppose to include a toy as per the pricelist and board displayed. after paying and waiting for our order we are only then told they have no toys in stock and we receive a 50c fizzer sweet instead. The juice you pay extra for, so for R29.90 we received a pathetic burger, chips and a fizzer. Definetly no value for money. it was not even in a box . I think Steers should learn something from their competitors McDonalds, i have never been there and get a no toys in stock, the meal comes in a neat box, toy, juice, chips and an edible burger. The packaging and overall appearance targets a specific market- kids! Steers quality also seems to be questionable. What an overall dissapointing meal.
