No service and cold food

I went inside and had to ask the person behind counter to take my order after a few minutes of waiting. I then waited 40 min for my order of 2 whacky wednesday specials. Their service is bad and they also do not have control over the delivery drivers because the drivers take up the whole space infront of the counter and customers cant place their own orders. The food is also cold. I will not recommend them and their service sucks. I will not support them again.
