No response to my complaint
I sent a complaint aboout one of their stores and no one got back to me, i got an sms giving me a reference number, then i got another sms saying the query is resolved so i wonder who did they resolve it with? can someone phone me please about my matter my reference number according to your sms is 165113. i even called in after that sms yesterday and i was told someone will call and assist, it is now 2.26pm the following day and no one has called.
