No regard for customer service at all!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently visited the Steers branch in the East Rand Mall and was assisted by a coloured gentleman at the counter where I placed my order, he told me that my order would take 15 minutes which I was happy to wait for, however 15 had passed and my order was still not ready. I asked him how long the order would take and he told me that "Good things take time", being on my lunch break I could not wait this long to get my order, I expressed to him that I was in a hurry and needed to get back to work when he told me that "if you don't want to wait you mustn't order here, all of this whilst the manager of the branch was standing behind him witnessing this utmost horrible service being delivered and not intervening or saying a word.

I can not believe that this is the level of service that Steers has accepted!!! It will most definitely be the last time I will be making use franchise.
