No refund from steers..

I am very disappointed with Steers as I placed an online order online after loading my banking details on their I was kicked out and told I couldn't place an order. We placed another requesting payment upon delivery. Few days later my account gets debited for the same amount I paid via card upon delivery. It's been 6 days and i am being sent from pillar to post for my refund. This is so unfair. Pathetic service indeed. Still waiting for my refund and no response from steers. Placed my order at wonderpark. Debited by steers pinetown. Send all the proof no response to date.
