No more Steers

Went to Steers Salt Rock to get 2 ice cream cones, because my elderly mother really wanted one. As I was driving and alone, I asked the staff if they could put the ice cream together in a bowl or cup and the cones separately. I was told NO. How was I supposed to drive holding 2 cones of ice cream? They had a don’t care attitude. I contacted the store manager who said they would check audio and video surveillance and get back to me the following Monday. Manager got back to me and said she checked surveillance and the staff were correct in refusing my request. She said that she also checked with Famous Brands who confirmed they were correct in refusing. Customer service? NON existent. The manager went on to tell me that they had cone holders. When I asked why I was not offered a cone holder, I was told I could only get a cone holder if I ordered 5 or more cones. Ridiculous!!! Lost a customer over 2 R7 ice cream cones.
