NO FOOD NOR PROMISED REFUND

Paid for My Order – Never Received My Food or My Refund!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from STEERS Watergate. I placed an order through the STEERS app, and my money was taken, but no food was delivered to me.

Not long after placing the order, I got a call from a private number. The person on the line, Abigail, said she works at STEERS Watergate. She told me that the order wasn’t supposed to go through and that I’d receive a refund by the next day. She also said they’d contact me to sort it out.

It’s now been several days, and no one has contacted me, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve tried calling the STEERS Watergate branch multiple times today, and the phone just keeps ringing — no one answers. I even spoke to four different agents from other STEERS locations, and they also tried to call the Watergate branch on my behalf, but no one could get through.

This is unacceptable. I paid for a meal I never got, and I’ve wasted my time trying to reach a branch that doesn’t pick up their phone. I have proof of payment, and I was clearly told I would get a refund — but I haven’t seen any money back in my account.

I am extremely upset and feel completely let down by STEERS. I demand that my refund be processed immediately, and I expect proper communication from the company.
