No food delivered without an explanation

I ordered a Wacky Wednesday online deal for delivery yesterday after 2 from Steer Belhar. A few minutes later, I received a call asking if I cannot collect and I advised the employee I was working and cannot leave hence I selected delivery. When it got to two hours later I called the number she phoned from, no answer, I tried a second time no answer again and this was 3 hours after I had placed my order. I then sent an sms as the number was a cell number. I advised them to cancel the order in the sms. I haven't gotten a call nor an sms back to say they will refund me my money or even to apologise for the bad service. Hopefully today I will get some clarity regarding this matter.
