I finally received a call from total stikland steers yesterday after a month. The woman I spoke to said that the resolution is that I come in before 6pm yesterday, for the inconvenience and goodwill gesture she will give me a rack of ribs and a king steer combo, I then accepted, 5 minutes later she calls back telling me that her boss said he will call me and she cannot follow threw with her goodwill gesture as the owner refused the goodwill offer that she gave, also that I must come in the week to speak to the owner instead and I told her I cant in the week as I am busy. I called back 6-7 times after speaking to her within 20 minutes, the calls were never answered again. Useless management s****s that is unable to resolve any issues on her own. Also the manager put down the call twice in my ear. So far there was no resolution to the complaint logged.
