no driver

I placed an order 9h06 this morning online by Steers Secunda (shop D West Sanlam Plaza) REF: #6702-144 I phoned 6 times of which they answered the phone twice. when asked when my delivery will take place, I was informed that their driver only comes in for 11 to11h30. Now---Why would you open online ordering from 9am just to deliver 2 plus hours later?

My food arrived now (11h54).

This is really not on and I WILL RATHER ORDER FOOD ANYWHERE ELSE.
