No delivery even though order paid

Placed an order yesterday at 17h35 and didn't receive the food, meaning I have to make alternative arrangements for dinner. I understand lockdown regulations permits delivery up until 7pm however I placed the order at 17h35 and I m literally 2mins away. What frustrates me is that I called and the cashier told me I shouldn't worry my food is coming just b4 7pm. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. I want my money back, no point getting the food the next day. MOOD RUINED! !!!!!!!!!!
