no delivery

Steers Library Gardens Polokwane wanted to Place an order in the morning around half 9.they told me that the guy who delivers went to the bank untill 10 past 11.I placed an order again and i gave them my location and the extension.i waited for 20 mins and called them again and they told me that the person came back because i was not answering,no missed calls from my phone.They told me that they have sold it to someone else and the guy wont deliver again.
