No customers service and the manager is rude

I'm writing to express disappointment with my recent visit to Steers at Woodmead Retail Park. On 06 August 2025 around 2 pm, my ***orker and I purchased two Mecon cheese burgers. However, we were unable to use the sitting area as it was locked. The staff directed us to Debonairs, but their seating area was also inaccessible due to lack of keys.

We found the experience frustrating, especially given the apparent lack of coordination between the two outlets. Furthermore, the manager's attitude was unacceptable. She was rude, shouted at us, and displayed poor customer service skills.

I hope you will address these issues, particularly providing training for staff on customer service and ensuring facilities are accessible to customers.
