No Customer Service Whatsoever!
<p>I logged a complaint about Steers Silver Oaks, Pretoria East on Steers website. This was in September.</p> <p>The complaint was about orders taking over an hour on 3 separate occasions and food arriving cold.</p> <p>I was told I would hear from the owner. I have not received any feedback from Steers.</p> <p>I am totally appalled at the lack of Customer care from Steers. You have lost 8 Customers who will never be back.</p> <p>Well done, Steers! </p>
