No cream

Steers Sunnyrock you are not serving ice cream anymore it seems. Bought my wife and I an ice cream in a cone with a flake. What we were given was definitely not ice cream and it tasted terrible. We ate our flakes and threw the rest away. What a waste of money. Is this a new cost saving measure? Well if it is, its lousy. My wife bought fries there recently too and they were also not up to scratch, but this complaint is about the (lack of) ice cream.
