No contact regarding order

I ordered the Wacky wednesday double deal at 18h56. Made a direct payment its almost two hours and not one call nor message to say if they're on their way or that they rejected the order. Attempted calling both numbers listed, one goes straight to voicemail and the other rings a few times and then the call gets cut off. Not the first time I have experienced bad service from the Belhar branch
