No chips refund nor cash refund. And they still have my order.

My name is chrizelle davids.

My husband when to go buy me the medium cheese chips with jalapenos @ R32.80 at the barnch in table bay, cape town.

He came back with the chips and i was very unhappy because there was so little chips.

I went back to steers and spoke to Everston, who i calmly and nicely explained to that i was unhappy. The first thing he did was throw chips in a medium box, came back and told me that he used the medium measurement and that theres nothing wrong with it.

I told him that my colleague had the same problem early the day and she was given an apology that the lady was still new.....

Everston than told me sorry but he cant help me. First of all i am so hungry at this point and i need to take my tablets as im 7months pregnant. He refused to give me a refund on my money as well as the chips. I told him that i do not want the chips as that is not the seevice that i am use to at the branch and he told me that i need to take my chips that i bought. I am so so so disappointed, hungry, sad and just about any emotion that goes along with it.

Can you please tell me what am i to do at this point.

I have not received my money or nor have i received my chips as Everston REFUSED to give me my money back. Can someone please get back to me.
