No chips

I bought a cheese burger combo when I got to work I saw there where no chips but just the burger. Called them today and the manager just said sorry. Not even saying I can come get my chips. We pay a lot of money for these take always but they don’t seem to be taking customer care serious. It’s the second time this is happening.
