No cheese on burgers

Today I ordered the wecKY Wednesday online deal of R149. 90 with extra cheese on all burgers was R14 plus delivery of R15 coste R178. 90. After receiving my delivery I opened the burgers to see if I got the correct order but no there was no cheese last week Wednesday I received hot chicken burgers instead of beef burgers with cheese. I'm so tired of Steers Tshwane mall still waiting for the owner to call me so I'm going to call the owner now sick of steers *********** staff and everytime only getting a sorry. This must really be addressed with their stupid staff I'm very ****ed and want an answer I can see that steers doesn't care bout reviews.
